The above shockingly prophetic cartoon first appeared in the April 21, 1934 issue of The Chicago Tribune newspaper.

In recent weeks, I've noticed that it's been floating around the web. The guy who produced it was either the most brilliant political analyst of his time, or he was flat-out the best visionary of his time.

And you know what? Sadly he no doubt only got paid in chicken feed 1930s-level Depression dough.

Nobody appreciates us geniuses!
